Allison is a 3rd year PhD student in the Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering program at Vanderbilt University. In her free time, Allison enjoys reading, cooking new recipes, and volunteering in programs in the US and in Peru, where she is from.

Sophie is a 2nd year PhD student studying computer science in Abhishek Dubey's ScopeLab.AI. In her free time, Sophie enjoys hiking, playing with her dog, cooking, and reading.

Maddie is a 6th year PhD candidate in the Lang lab in the Department of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering at Vanderbilt. When not in the lab, she enjoys traveling, crafting, and SEC football.

Ritika is a 3rd year PhD candidate researching on neural control of metabolism and obesity in the Ayala Lab at the Vanderbilt Brain Institute. Ritika loves to spend her free time exploring Nashville with her dog Leia, cooking with her partner, and her mom, and taking care of her many plants.

Katherine Bryan is a PhD student in Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Department of Hearing & Speech Sciences studying neurogenic communication disorders. Outside of the lab, she enjoys cycling, rock climbing, dog walks with her family, and game nights with friends.

Hawitha is a 2nd year PhD student working on gene therapy for prostate cancer in Dr Carrasco’s lab at Dept. of Molecular Physiology and Biophysics. Outside lab I love horse riding, enjoy hiking and adventures (sky diving & scuba diving).
